Essence of Me
As a psychotherapist and facilitator of collective processes, I help people and groups to develop. Life itself is a source of opportunities for fulfillment, integrity, and authenticity. I believe this is the way to awaken a new way of being in relation with the world.
Conflicts. Chaos. The unpredictable. Innovation. These are the opportunities that matter for self-knowledge and group processes. That's why I work with people, not just methods. For life is complex, paradoxical, ambiguous and uncertain.
Creating together, looking into yourself and living life with authenticity requires work, desire and commitment. But it also results in pleasure, intimacy, self-development and fulfillment.
Each person is unique and important for all the processes they are part of. It is by being in relation that they develop their being, as in a dance between the internal and external world. From conflicts to overcoming obstacles, they become capable of seeing themselves in a more mature way, broadening their view of the world and of others. By welcoming differences and embracing themselves in differences, they develop the ability to give their best in their various relationships.
I believe that living an authentic life requires creative transformation. The work of transformation takes place in constant cycles that, with experience and learning about themselves and the world, always point out a new beginning—more stimulating and complete.
Essence of the Work
My professional journey stems from the conviction that true knowledge emerges from lived experience and constant work on oneself. With a background in Occupational Therapy and grounding in neurosciences, I have developed a vision of human beings as creators of their own reality through conscious achievements. My approach integrates George Gurdjieff's transformative teachings for awakening through work on oneself, the ancient wisdom of Sufism, and the phenomenological depth of Gestalt Therapy. This solid foundation, supported by my long personal path in the process of self-knowledge and spirituality, allows me to accompany people in genuine processes of self-discovery, where presence and personal responsibility become catalysts for authentic change.
Through Family Constellation, Spiritual Enneagram, and collaborative methods for organizational work, I create spaces where body, nature, and music integrate with therapeutic approaches for self-knowledge. Each process is unique, respecting each person's rhythm in their journey toward higher levels of self-responsibility with consciousness. My years of experience have taught me that true transformation happens when we are willing to step out of mechanical comfort and courageously surrender to the discovery of oneself.
