Work on Oneself - Supervision for Facilitators and Therapists
Group facilitation demands from facilitators an attitude that leads the groups to reflections and actions that reach the objectives of each project, as well as a deepening of the personal development processes. The facilitator cannot detach themself from the processes because, as a leader, they receive many projections that can be valuable material for their own personal development.
Being a facilitator is an opportunity for personal growth and contribution to the development of people and groups. This supervision space is a place for exchanges in an environment of trust, both regarding the processes of facilitating the groups themselves and the inner work of the participants to deepen their self-knowledge.
Mondays - monthly.
Groups of up to 4 people.
