Organizational and Collaborative Development
Geared towards companies, teams, and projects, applying collaborative and systemic methods.
Consultancy
For businesses and projects requiring a comprehensive and systemic viewpoint to enhance the quality of teamwork, foster the development of collaborative projects, and resolve conflicts, I provide targeted consultations and workshops on methodologies and practices. This is a service that supports people and teams in their growth and in the cultivation of full social interactions based on trust and purpose, conflict resolution, collaborative planning, and all under a systemic approach.
Facilitation of Collaborative Processes
Collaborative Facilitation is a process that transforms individual visions into shared realities. It caters to the needs of groups seeking to create collaborative projects or develop strategic plans, guiding them from the initial concept all the way to celebrating their achievements.
Integrating collaborative methodologies with systemic approaches, we unveil collective dreams and trace the path to make them tangible, nurturing each stage with the richness of the present diversity. Within this space, every voice finds an echo, and every idea finds its home.
At the heart of this process lies the art of authentic communication. Here, the life stories, experiences, skills, and vulnerabilities of each participant integrate to give rise to collective wisdom. It is in this confluence of perspectives that the true power of collaboration resides—not as a distant magic, but as a tangible reality that emerges when space is opened for each individual to contribute from their own singularity to a greater, shared creation.
Turning Point
Recommended for companies engaged in change management or organizations navigating deep disruptions, this process is focused on the development of a culture genuinely geared towards collaboration, co-creation, and transience. It fosters dialogue, empathy, and authentic communication, connecting teams through the creation of a shared set of values to establish trust, openness, and flexibility.
Specifically during transitional periods, when outdated models are radically restructured and resistance to change must be overcome, the focus shifts to the significance of these processes, preparing the group for the new. The work supports the people and their emotions affected by this context, connecting them to the purpose of the changes underway and the essential nature of transience. The goal is to build an awareness that change is a permanent and constant aspect of human life, thereby generating the motivation and flexibility required to make change a habit.
Dragon Dreaming
Dragon Dreaming is a body of knowledge that provides a powerful method and tools for collaborative creation. It functions both as a methodological model supporting the organic development of collaborative projects and as a philosophy that grounds the process, enabling us to act collaboratively in life. This knowledge was developed by John Croft over his lifetime and has been shared with the world since 2006. Dragon Dreaming came into my life in 2010, and since then, I have been working alongside John Croft to refine, teach, and apply it to diverse projects, as well as utilizing it in my consulting and workshop offerings. Even when the full application of the method is not required, its philosophical underpinnings effectively support collaborative processes. As an international trainer, I teach Dragon Dreaming and have also developed other courses based on this knowledge.
Systemic Intervention
This intervention examines the organization and the role assignments of individuals in teams, fostering greater motivation, productivity, a sense of belonging, and both individual and collective achievement. The method is grounded in classical systemic thinking and family constellations, applying a theoretical and practical framework focused on human development that considers the complexity of relationships and their contexts.
The goal is to clear pathways for projects to mature and contribute to the growth of the organization and the individuals involved. By attending to the individual within the team, the process seeks to identify and acknowledge their unique place—with their history, technical and experiential background, values, and beliefs. When each person occupies their proper place within a team or organization, respect flows, the work system becomes balanced, and projects achieve their maximum potential.
