Therapies

Using an approach that integrates Sufi psychology, occupational therapy, Gestalt therapy, and systemic therapy, I support people in their process of self-discovery, guiding them toward the development of authenticity and their true Self.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

A shared life between two people in a romantic relationship is a daily process of building that can contribute to each person's growth, as the relationship serves as a source of learning and development through love and intimacy.

Over the course of a union, events in their individual lives or as a couple can impact the desire to remain together. These challenges reveal the necessity for a deeper level of exchange and reflection on feelings, needs, and agreements.

A relationship presents an opportunity to transform difficulties into chances to reassess attitudes and develop new ways of being together, or to go separate ways. Couples therapy is a supportive space designed to restore communication, affection, and strengthen the bond, or to facilitate a conscious and compassionate ending to the relationship.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy

A group provides a supportive context in which interactions enable personal work to be done in relation—seeing oneself through others while sharing both joys and sorrows. The acts of listening and exchanging within the group foster self-knowledge and personal growth in a trustworthy environment.

A group space allows the emergent affective and emotional qualities of its members to create profound meaning for their personal development.

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides support for a person to embark on an inner journey, fostering an awareness of the conditionings, traumas, and hidden aspects of the self that hinder them from living life to the fullest and discovering new ways to be.

Through mindfulness and self-observation, the process of self-discovery grants access to a variety of internal resources, making it possible to live more fully with oneself and with others.

Family Constellations

Family Constellations

Family Constellation is a phenomenological approach used in both individual and group settings, intended to access the morphogenetic field and identify entanglements affecting a client's system. It was developed by the German therapist, philosopher, theologian, and educator Bert Hellinger.

When Family Constellation was created in the 1980s, its mechanisms were not fully understood. However, in the next decade, the mapping of the Human Genome led to the discovery that genes transmit ancestral memories to future generations—a phenomenon known as epigenetic memories. English biologist Rupert Sheldrake provided further grounding for this theory with his research into morphogenetic fields.

According to Bert Hellinger in his book "Orders of Love," the facilitator's hypotheses are validated by the client's manifested reactions. Through this revelation, the client can acquire an understanding of their family system and find a loving solution for their issue. Systemic solutions are always aimed at inclusion and integration to preserve the system's balance.
