Work on Oneself - Supervision for Facilitators and Therapists
Group facilitation demands from facilitators an attitude that leads the groups to reflections and actions that reach the objectives of each project, as well as a deepening of the personal development processes. The facilitator cannot detach themself from the processes because, as a leader, they receive many projections that can be valuable material for their own personal development.
Being a facilitator is an opportunity for personal growth and contribution to the development of people and groups. This supervision space is a place for exchanges in an environment of trust, both regarding the processes of facilitating the groups themselves and the inner work of the participants to deepen their self-knowledge.
Mondays - monthly.
Groups of up to 4 people.

Therapeutic Group 2024
This year, the therapeutic group will focus on reading as a therapeutic resource through the book "Fragments of an Unknown Teaching" by Ouspensky.
We will focus on working through the knowledge of this book from the perspective of Sufi psychology and the teachings of Gurdjieff.

The invitation is for those who need support to reflect, receive, and exchange in meetings with people seeking something similar.
We will follow the flow and needs of the group through meditations, systemic movement, reflections, sharing, and listening.

Dragon Dreaming Training of Trainers
Collaborative processes are intense and demand patience and resilience, as well as discernment for the correct choice of tool and the right time to use them. In order to teach complex knowledge like Dragon Dreaming, it is necessary, in addition to enthusiasm, to know the bases and principles that support it. In this training, we will use the participants' practice as part of the process for deepening the concepts in addition to theoretical classes that underlie the practice.
Requirement:

Introductory and advanced course in Dragon Dreaming conducted by selected facilitators.
