Systemic Intervention

The systemic process aims to intervene in the organization and assignment of roles of individuals in teams, generating greater motivation, productivity, sense of belonging and individual and collective fulfillment. This method is based on classic systemic thinking and family constellations, which apply a theoretical and practical scope aimed at human development, contemplating the complexity of relationships and contexts in which they are inserted.


The objective is to streamline flow and channels so that projects mature and contribute to the development of the organization and the people involved. Taking care of the individual in teams, we seek to identify and recognize their unique place, with their history, technical and experiential background, their values and beliefs. The moment everyone takes their place in a team or an organization, respect flows better, the work system is balanced and projects reach their maximum potential.

Turning Point

his is recommended for companies in change management processes or organizations experiencing deep ruptures. Here I work in the development of a culture genuinely oriented towards collaboration, collective creation and the process of change. This process promotes dialogue, empathy and authentic communication and connects teams through the creation of a repertoire of common values, in order to establish trust, receptivity and flexibility.


Specifically in transition processes, when outdated models are radically restructured and it is necessary to break with resistance to change, I work on the meaning of these processes, preparing the group for the new. The work takes care of people and their emotions affected by this context through the connection with the purpose of the ongoing changes and with the essential notion of transience. The focus is on bringing awareness that change is something permanent and constant in human life, generating the motivation and flexibility necessary to make change a habit.

Reframing Conflicts

This is a standalone action to resolve conflicts that may compromise the teams' performance, their capacity for personal achievement and service to the collective. A healthy team knows its internal conflicts and deals with them naturally, recognizing that disagreements are often opportunities to identify and correct flaws in processes. Conflicts that are welcomed and dealt with can be a community's greatest asset. The absence of conflicts always implies authoritarian processes and toxic relationships. Resignification and conflict resolution strengthen people and teams for the healthy exercise of conflict and for empathetic listening to differences and flexibility.

Facilitation of Collaborative Processes

Collaborative facilitation meets the group's needs to create collaborative projects and follow their evolution. Through collaborative methodologies integrated with systemic approaches, the process is conducted in a participatory way with the aim of making collective dreams emerge, planning how to make them come true and celebrating the results.

Listening, dialogue and openness to the integration of the skills of those involved is the focus of the collaborative process, which includes the entire life story, experiences, skills and weaknesses of the people involved. This is the magic that enhances collective wisdom.
